This treatment focuses on gentle, energy-based therapy to help you unwind, reconnect, and reset. Reiki works with your body’s natural energy system to calm the nervous system, clear stagnated energy and blocks within your body, and support emotional clarity.

Through energy work, breathing, and relaxation tools, we create a safe space for your body and soul to truly let go. Sessions are fully clothed and intuitively guided, with optional sound tools, chakra support, and aromatherapy.

Set against the beauty of an early autumn sunrise, this intimate retreat offers space to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and nourish both your body and mind. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, craving stillness, or simply looking for a meaningful way to welcome a new season, this experience is an opportunity to pause and be fully present.

Throughout the morning, you'll be guided through a thoughtfully curated experience that may include gentle movement, guided meditation, breathwork, reflective journaling, meaningful conversation, and mindful moments in nature. We'll close the morning by gathering over a nourishing brunch, creating space for connection and community.

1 on 1 Private Yoga Session

This gentle, light-touch therapy is designed to encourage deep relaxation and support your body’s natural ability to regulate and recover. During your session, subtle hands-on techniques are applied to areas such as the head, neck, spine, and sacrum while you remain fully clothed or comfortably draped, depending on your treatment plan.

Many clients choose this session when they are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, mentally fatigued, or in need of a quiet space to reconnect with themselves. The intention is to help calm the nervous system, ease tension, and create a sense of balance and well-being.

Rest & Restore Cranailsacral Therapy

This is our most-loved, signature session because it blends the best of both worlds: the grounding relief of restorative massage and the subtle yet profound rebalancing of Reiki.

Through intuitive touch and energy work, tension softens, your nervous system unwinds, and your energy flow realigns, leaving you lighter, calmer, and more centered.

Signature Session – Massage + Reiki

A personalized treatment that blends therapeutic and relaxation techniques to release and soothe your muscles and fascia. In your session, we will use traditional massage as well as incorporate hands-on fascial, cupping, pin and stretch, and mobilization techniques tailored to your body’s needs. 

Whether releasing tension, recovering from injury, or simply resetting, expect a balance of deep work, calming stillness, and mindful breath.  Every BODY tells a story—your session at The Art of Rest listens deeply.

Held in a cozy lakeside studio, you’ll leave feeling restored, realigned, and at home in your body.

Therapeutic & Restorative Massage

This deeply restorative massage combines gentle to medium pressure with the therapeutic power of essential oils. Nine carefully chosen oils are applied along the spine and softly worked into the skin, creating a calming experience that quiets the mind and soothes the body. More than just relaxation, this treatment helps ease muscle fatigue, support immune health, encourage natural detoxification, and restore energetic balance.

The benefits don’t end when you leave—these oils continue to support your body’s healing process for up to seven days, allowing you to carry the sense of calm and renewal with you well beyond your session.
