1 on 1 Private Yoga Session

The Art of Rest — Signature Session | Massage + Reiki | 75 or 90 Minutes

Discover The Art of Rest, a carefully crafted, deeply restorative experience that’s as nourishing for your energy as it is for your body. This is our most-loved, signature session because it blends the best of both worlds: the grounding relief of restorative massage and the subtle yet profound rebalancing of Reiki.

Designed for moments when you feel burnt out, overwhelmed, or simply disconnected from yourself, this session meets you exactly where you are. Through intuitive touch and energy work, tension softens, your nervous system unwinds, and your energy flow realigns, leaving you lighter, calmer, and more centered.

What’s Included:

- Restorative massage tailored to your body’s patterns of tension
- Reiki woven throughout or offered in dedicated segments for deep energetic harmony
- Energy balancing + chakra support** to restore flow
- Integration time to rest before re-entering your day

Optional enhancements: aromatherapy, sound tools (gentle chimes or singing bowl), or grounding rituals

Ideal for stress, overwhelm, and seasonal reset. The Art of Rest is more than self-care - it’s a recalibration of body, mind, and spirit.

Signature Session – Massage + Reiki

Restorative Massage Therapy

A personalized treatment that blends therapeutic and relaxation techniques to release and soothe your muscles and fascia. In your session, we will use traditional massage as well as incorporate hands-on fascial, cupping, pin and stretch, and mobilization techniques tailored to your body’s needs.

Whether releasing tension, recovering from injury, or simply resetting, expect a balance of deep work, calming stillness, and mindful breath. Every BODY tells a story—your session at The Art of Rest listens deeply.

Held in a cozy lakeside studio, you’ll leave feeling restored, realigned, and at home in your body.

Therapeutic & Restorative Massage

This deeply restorative massage combines gentle to medium pressure with the therapeutic power of essential oils. Nine carefully chosen oils are applied along the spine and softly worked into the skin, creating a calming experience that quiets the mind and soothes the body. More than just relaxation, this treatment helps ease muscle fatigue, support immune health, encourage natural detoxification, and restore energetic balance.

The benefits don’t end when you leave—these oils continue to support your body’s healing process for up to seven days, allowing you to carry the sense of calm and renewal with you well beyond your session.

Who It’s For
An ideal choice if you’re feeling stressed, anxious, overstimulated, or simply in need of nurturing self-care. This massage offers a peaceful reset—perfect for anyone ready to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves.
