Restorative Massage Therapy

A personalized treatment that blends therapeutic and relaxation techniques to release and soothe your muscles and fascia. In your session, we will use traditional massage as well as incorporate hands-on fascial, cupping, pin and stretch, and mobilization techniques tailored to your body’s needs. 

Whether releasing tension, recovering from injury, or simply resetting, expect a balance of deep work, calming stillness, and mindful breath.  Every BODY tells a story—your session at The Art of Rest listens deeply.

Held in a cozy lakeside studio, you’ll leave feeling restored, realigned, and at home in your body.
