Set against the beauty of an early autumn sunrise, this intimate retreat offers space to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and nourish both your body and mind. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, craving stillness, or simply looking for a meaningful way to welcome a new season, this experience is an opportunity to pause and be fully present.

Throughout the morning, you'll be guided through a thoughtfully curated experience that may include gentle movement, guided meditation, breathwork, reflective journaling, meaningful conversation, and mindful moments in nature. We'll close the morning by gathering over a nourishing brunch, creating space for connection and community.
