This treatment focuses on gentle, energy-based therapy to help you unwind, reconnect, and reset. Reiki works with your body’s natural energy system to calm the nervous system, clear stagnated energy and blocks within your body, and support emotional clarity.

Through energy work, breathing, and relaxation tools, we create a safe space for your body and soul to truly let go. Sessions are fully clothed and intuitively guided, with optional sound tools, chakra support, and aromatherapy.
